What You’ll Do As our Automotive Parts Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a motivated team, maintain accurate inventory, and deliver the right parts — the first time. Key responsibilities include: Lead, train, and mentor the parts department team to achieve goals and maintain high morale. Ensure customers receive prompt, professional service and accurate information. Maintain balanced inventory levels and proper stock locations. Manage ordering, receiving, pricing, and merchandising and delivery of parts and accessories. Monitor department performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Uphold company safety and compliance standards in all operations. Demonstrate company values in every interaction with customers, colleagues, and vendors. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in automotive parts management (preferred). 2+ years of sales experience (preferred). Excellent leadership and customer service skills. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
