Leuca is a neighborhood restaurant serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's Southern Italian-inspired menu in the heart of Williamsburg at The William Vale. Leuca offers a menu of wood-fired coastal Italian dishes, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ideal Candidates Have excellent knife skills and a working knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation. Prepare and execute key components of dishes. Are able to lift 25 lbs or more. Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes. Support their fellow cooks. Must be available for AM shift.
