Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. This is a permanent position in the Manufacturing industry, ideal for someone who is ready to take their career to the next level. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the strategic decision-making processes and will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. The CFO's duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning, analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing corrective actions.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, including long-term financial planning and forecasting.
2. Oversee, manage, and coordinate all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
3. Analyze financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
4. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
5. Collaborate with executive management to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations.
6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and ensure they are operating effectively.
7. Manage relationships with partners and investors.
8. Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
9. Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a CFO role or in a similar senior-level financial managerial position.
3. In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
4. Excellent knowledge of data analysis, risk management tools, and forecasting methods.
5. Hands-on experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
6. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
7. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
9. An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
10. CPA is a strong advantage.
11. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
