About the Opportunity:

A high-growth, multi-channel hospitality brand rooted in fast casual dining and expanding rapidly into consumer packaged goods (CPG) is seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This confidential search is ideal for a financially savvy executive with dual expertise in the restaurant and CPG industries—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-complexity operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting across multi-channel operations
• Build scalable systems to support rapid revenue growth and margin optimization
• Oversee a finance team of 6, including 3 direct reports and a seasoned Controller
• Own financial reporting and communication with the CEO, Board, and investors
• Serve as a key thought partner on pricing, inventory, unit economics, supply chain strategy, and expansion planning
• Support growth of the CPG vertical with rigorous cost modeling and sales analytics
• Ensure compliance and strengthen financial controls and risk management practices

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years in finance leadership roles, with at least 3 years as CFO or SVP/VP in a restaurant + CPG environment
• A track record of scaling multi-unit, omni-channel businesses
• Highly analytical, yet deeply collaborative – you drive strategy and get in the weeds
• Experience working with private equity or high-growth investor-backed companies is a plus
• CPA or MBA preferred, but not required
