We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Duncan, OK. We are looking for an Associate who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is a strong adjuster with good communications skills and has a knowledge of neuropathy and decompression- a plus but not mandatory. We are a high-volume practice, utilizing many therapy techniques and offer niche high ticket care plans. Looking for a candidate that would potentially build and buy out practice as well.

Our chiropractors work in concert with nurses and office staff who try to understand our patient's health issues quickly and apply the right treatment to get them back to their optimal health.
Duties:
-Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
-Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
-Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
-Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
-Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
-Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments- Table drop, diversified, activator, arthrostim, decompression, neuropathy, regenerative medicine, nutrition, rehab and various therapies and modalities
-Supervise and advise Chiropractic Assistants on patient care, exercises, and rehab
-Team meetings
-Communicate with owner on day-to-day office activities
-Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
-Work cooperatively with team, chiropractic assistants, and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
-Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
-Work with marketing and sales to continue to acquire and retain patients
-Work with business coaching program to improve stats and grow
-Relationship building
Requirements:
-Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
-Active Chiropractic license in OK
Schedule:
-Full time (40 hrs per week
-Days/times -negotiable. Currently the office is open 8:30-6:00 Monday thru Thursday.
Salary (range):
-$65k-$80k
