Role: Senior Google Cloud Developer

Type: Contract

We’re looking for a GCP Cloud Developer who thrives in building and deploying scalable, secure cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). If you're passionate about automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and driving cloud best practices—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions on GCP.
• Build and manage enterprise-scale GCP infrastructure using Terraform and IaC principles.
• Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines , particularly GitHub Actions .
• Write scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and support cloud solutions, ensuring robust incident response and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored cloud solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practice recommendations across cloud environments.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with GCP platforms and services.
• Strong understanding of core GCP services, including but not limited to Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Functions, BigQuery, and Cloud SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform .
• Solid experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on GitHub Actions .
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python , Bash , and PowerShell .
• Strong understanding of cloud security, performance, and scalability concepts.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tooling , Infrastructure as Code , and cloud automation.
• Excellent communication skills—able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
