POSITION PURPOSE:
The Baristas responsibilities are being motivated, outgoing and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. Baristas are enthusiastic about producing excellent specialty coffee beverages while working in a fun, fast-paced environment
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products
Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards
Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
Consistently act in accordance with Trump Hotel Las Vegas policies and procedures
Greets customers and takes orders; processes cash and credit card transactions
Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages according to brand specifications and the customers’ requests
Serves prepared food items
Maintains knowledge of menu items and recipes to effectively service the customer
Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing
Maintains appearance of location ensuring product is stocked to appropriate levels and all areas are properly cleaned and sanitized
Maintains excellent customer service, anticipating guests’ needs
Adheres to Trump Hotel Las Vegas safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Ensures security of company assets
Knows all menu items
Performs all other job-related duties as requested
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
EDUCATION
High School graduate required.
EXPERIENCE
Two years of minimum experience in field and bar service experience preferred. Must be able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES
Must be able to obtain a Health Card from the Southern Nevada Health District and a TAM Card
OTHER
Must be 21 years of age. Additional language ability is preferred.
