We take great pride in inspiring our team to create an everlasting bond with our patients, our doctors, and our community. But it’s not just what we do, it’s who we are. We are driven by our mission to continually invest in our people and offer the best workplace environment possible.

Metro PT has an immediate opening for a full-time Construction Project Manager who is interested in working for a growing, dynamic healthcare company. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment. We’re looking for someone who can confidently lead construction initiatives, solve problems proactively, and drive results that help our company scale. This position will be based out of our HQ in Garden City, NY, with up to 60% local travel required. Must have a reliable mode of transportation to travel between locations!

  • On-site Supervision: Monitor construction progress, address on-site issues, and ensure compliance with project plans and regulations.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Permitting and Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and ensure the project complies with all relevant regulations and codes.
