Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
• Oversee and manage all daily construction activities, including coordination with subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety on the construction site.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and other construction-related personnel to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on the construction site.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
