Construction Superintendent

$65,000 $70,000 base + unlimited bonus potential (earn $100K+!)

As a Construction Superintendent , youll work directly with our customers planning, scheduling, and executing residential and commercial rebuild projects. What Youll Do:

• Lead and oversee multiple rebuild projects

• Maintain direct communication with customers from start to finish

• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, permits, and inspections

• Ensure all projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards

• Identify and address technical or scope-related issues promptly

• Support change order estimating, approval, and documentation

What Were Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Minimum 5 years hands-on construction experience

• 2 years project management experience

• Remodeling/restoration background preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Valid drivers license, able to lift 50+ lbs

• Pass background check and drug screen

• Xactimate experience a plus
