Were seeking a Creative Director, Art with a passion for beauty and technology who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, visual craft, and consumer experience. This is a leadership role responsible for setting the visual direction of the brand across platforms and leading a team of talented designers and art directors.

What Youll Do

As the Creative Director, Art , youll oversee the aesthetic and strategic direction of the Shark Beauty brand, leading world-class creative from concept through execution. Youll manage a team of ACDs, designers, and external creative partners to launch products, build campaigns, and create cohesive visual experiences across touchpoints from packaging and paid media to social content and retail. You'll be a key partner in the brands continued global growth, ensuring creative excellence, consistency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Campaign Leadership

• Lead the concepting and development of breakthrough, fully integrated creative campaigns for global product launches and brand initiatives.
• Drive a bold, elevated aesthetic across all marketing touchpoints including Upper funnel campaigns, packaging, DTC, Amazon, digital and social.
• Translate business strategies, insights, and product innovations into emotionally compelling creative solutions.
• Present ideas to executive leadership with clarity, vision, and confidence.
• Review and guide work from ACDs, art directors, and designers from concept to final execution.

Brand Identity & Design Systems

• Own and evolve the visual identity of Shark Beauty globally.
• Create and oversee design systems, toolkits, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across markets and channels.
• Champion and maintain high standards of design craft and innovation.
• Ensure alignment between visual and verbal brand communication.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of art directors and designers.
• Foster a collaborative environment that values creativity, accountability, and iteration.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Development, Global Marketing, IMC, and Demand Generation to align creative with strategic business goals.
• Partner with social, performance, and content teams to ensure creative flows effectively through the full marketing funnel.

What Were Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in art direction or creative leadership, with a strong portfolio in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to lead creative across 360 campaigns and bring products to life through compelling visual storytelling.
• Experience guiding brand identity and design systems on a global scale.
• Confident leading teams and presenting to C-level executives.
• Strong understanding of beauty trends, cultural relevance, and how design drives consumer connection.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with current motion, digital, and social design best practices.
• A team player with a positive mindset, strong leadership instincts, and a passion for design excellence.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
