Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Employment Type: Full-Time 7am-3:30pm 19/hr 

Overview:

Our client, a reputable logistics company based in Walford, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their operations team. The CSR will play a key role in supporting logistics coordination, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring timely communication between customers and the internal operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse personnel to track shipments and resolve issues
• Provide timely updates and shipment status information to customers
• Enter and update order and shipment details in the company’s logistics software
• Investigate and resolve service issues, including delayed or damaged shipments
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support logistics operations

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or logistics experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with logistics or CRM systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass drug test and National background check for 7 years. Have reliable transportation and current resume.
