Our Barrie, ON location is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative who thrives on keeping things organized, supporting both customers and installers, and working in a team that values growth, excellence, and fun.
What You’ll Do:
Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for customers and contractors
Schedule, plan, and coordinate installations
Prepare documents and handle data entry
Support the team and keep operations running smoothly
Analyze and organize job information to ensure a great customer experience
No flooring experience? No problem! We’ll provide on-the-job training to get you up to speed.
What You Bring:
A sharp eye for detail
Great communication skills (written and verbal)
A self-motivated, can-do attitude
Love for teamwork and a good laugh
Experience working in construction / renovation will be given preference
