Since 1991, Philanthropy Roundtable has served individual philanthropists and foundations to refine their giving strategies to maximize the impact of their resources, as well as emerging donors and entrepreneurs who are developing their philanthropic plans for the first time. The Roundtable is the leading organization in the United States focused on promoting and defending the pivotal role private giving plays in strengthening our communities and how freedom and wealth creation make charitable giving possible.

About the Role Philanthropy Roundtable has created a new role, Director of Grants and Development Communications, to lead efforts in generating strategic ideas for grant proposals, preparing grant submissions, and preparing development related communications for our many partners. The ideal candidate will be strategic in their writing and idea creation for what to submit in grants and communicate to donors, be a seasoned professional with management experience, and be skilled in Salesforce and relationship management to effectively navigate these relationships.
The Director reports to the Vice President of Development and is expected to work from the Roundtable's Washington, DC office at least 3 days a week. This cannot be a virtual position.

Salary Range $115,000 - $135,000 (contingent upon experience and qualifications)
