We are looking for an experienced EDI Coordinator to join our team in Moberly, Missouri. In this role, you will manage electronic data interchange systems, facilitating seamless communication and document exchange between the company and its trading partners. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and compliance in all processes.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update inventory levels daily to ensure accurate vendor feeds.
• Process advance shipment notifications (ASNs) promptly, verifying all details for accuracy.
• Identify and resolve issues related to data discrepancies or transmission failures.
• Revise and update vendor trade agreements as needed to reflect current terms.
• Collaborate with external technical support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure the accuracy of all EDI-related documents.
• Monitor compliance with industry standards for electronic data interchange.
• Support system integrations by coordinating with vendors and customers.• Proficiency in data entry and invoice processing.
• Familiarity with D365 systems and their applications.
• Experience working with purchase orders and billing functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in document processing.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of electronic data interchange (EDI) systems and processes.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
