Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Level 3 Electronic Assembler to join their team. A key qualification for this role is holding an IPC-610 or IPC-620 certification. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in soldering, cable harnessing, and component installation, with a solid understanding of IPC standards. Responsibilities include performing final assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of electronic products in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. This individual will be part of a large team supporting multiple production and manufacturing programs. Candidates with experience in defense, military, or aerospace environments are highly preferred.

Compensation:
$18/hr-$25/hr


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Minimum 5 years of experience as an electronic assembler
IPC 610 or IPC 620 certification (620 highly preferred)
Experience with: soldering, assembling cable and wire harnesses and assembling kits
Background in defense, military, or aerospace
