We are seeking a creative and talented Employer Brand Advisor to strengthen our Resourcing team and position us as the best place to work in our sector.
At WG, we’re passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. As our Employer Brand Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting talented individuals who share our vision and want to be part of something impactful.
We’re seeking a creative, driven individual to bring our employer brand to life. You’ll work closely with our Head of Resourcing to shape and design your own strategy, while managing our employer brand across key platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram. Your creativity will fuel campaigns and content that resonate with top-tier candidates, build brand awareness, and amplify our ‘Huge Small Victories’ messaging.
In this role you’ll engage with the wider teams across the group and, drive excitement and passion about working with WG. You'll also play a key role in identifying potential talent and passing valuable leads to our Resourcing team.
You’ll be a social-media savvy story teller, who can take a challenge and turn it into a creative concept. You’ll also have:
Understanding of candidate attraction and talent pipelining
Knowledge of main social media platforms (particularly targeted posts and building audiences)
Creative – able to deliver innovative campaigns
Awareness of search engine optimisation
Understanding of WG employer brand identity and tone of voice
Strong team work ethic, but self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Excellent communication skills – able to build relationships internally and externally
Excellent and demonstrable creative writing / copywriting skills and good storytelling abilities
Photography / video / editing skills
Experience of Blog writing or other journalism
Marketing or communications qualification
Graphic design skills (e.g. using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar)
Education and/or Children’s services sector experience
Experience using ATS platforms
