We’re looking for a motivated and personable Entry-Level Communications Assistant to join our expanding event promotions and community engagement team. This position is ideal for individuals who love meeting new people, thrive in energetic settings, and enjoy being part of live event operations. No prior experience is needed — we offer comprehensive paid training and a full benefits package .
In this role, you will work closely with our event leadership to support all in-person communication efforts at promotional events, charity initiatives, and community-based campaigns. You will help create positive interactions with the public and ensure each event runs efficiently from start to finish.
Assist with the execution of live events and community outreach activities
Interact with guests, respond to questions, and deliver key information about the brand or campaign
Help with event setup, teardown, and on-site operational tasks
Represent our clients and partner organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm
Collect attendee feedback and relay important observations to the leadership team
Maintain effective communication with event managers and team members throughout the event
Uphold consistent brand messaging in all face-to-face conversations
Provide general assistance to the event team as needed
Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
Friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor
Comfortable working in busy, high-energy environments
Professional attitude and presentation
Team-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow
