Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year Receptionist Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our events department, the Events Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community events. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to conclusion. Communicate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to secure event logistics and details. Prepare and distribute event materials, including programs, invitations, and signage. Support on-site event management, including set-up, registration, and post-event breakdown. Maintain event budgets and assist in financial tracking to ensure all expenses are accounted for. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and vendor interaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
