Mercier Consultancy is in search of a motivated German Speaking Recruiter to join our remote team! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for various positions across multiple industries. Your proficiency in German will be essential for communicating with candidates and clients effectively. Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for available job positions through various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Conduct interviews and assessments in German to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs for different positions.
• Manage recruiting processes from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Foster relationships with candidates, providing them with timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hiring is important.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Experience with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Fluency in English is beneficial; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
