Job Title: Hospice Nurse (RN or LPN) Location: Hybrid - Wellspring Hospice Frankenmuth Reports to: Hospice Clinical Manager Position Type: Per Diem | HourlyWellspring Lutheran Services is a statewide nonprofit dedicated to serving families throughout Michigan. We are currently seeking a Per Diem Hospice Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our Hospice team serving Saginaw, Frankenmuth and surrounding areas. This role provides in-home and facility hospice care that ensures comfort, symptom management and compassionate support for patients and their families.
