Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certification in AWS Cloud, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Developer Associate 4+ years hands-on experience with AWS services including AWS EC2, EBS, and S3. Solid understanding of CTERA Enterprise File Services (Cloud and Edge devices). Familiarity with remote file access, synchronization, and cloud-to-edge file gateway architectures. Experience managing and troubleshooting hybrid network connections (Internet, VPNs, MPLS). Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented attitude. Experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and documentation best practices.
