Jacksboro National Bank, a community bank, is seeking an experienced loan officer to develop and maintain a commercial, agriculture, real estate, and consumer portfolio. This individual must be detail oriented and customer focused. The loan officer will be responsible for such tasks as loan origination, underwriting, reporting to the loan committee, and monitoring new and existing loans.

Key Responsibilities

· Assess and evaluate loan applications to determine creditworthiness

· Strong analytical and financial analysis skills

· Extend credit within lending limits

· Recommend loans to loan committee

· Follow and apply loan policies and procedures

· Continually monitor and work past dues and exceptions

· Perform routine review of existing credits

· Council potential and existing customers with financial advice

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Education, Experience, and Requirements

· BS or BA degree desired

· 5 to 10 years lending experience in commercial, RE, and agriculture preferred

· Base salary commensurate upon experience
