Marketing and Sales Representative - LA Area (Beauty Industry) (5k+ per month)

What We Do:

We partner with Med-Spas to create engaging, in-person campaigns designed to build brand awareness and drive sales. Our representatives play a key role in connecting businesses to their target audiences at trade shows, pop-up events, and other experiential marketing opportunities.

Position Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Representative, your primary responsibility will be to represent our Med-Spas at various local events, pop-ups, and trade shows throughout Orange County and surrounding areas. You’ll use your sales skills to engage potential clients, promote spa packages, and build strong, long-term relationships with business owners and their customers. This role is commission-based with the potential for unlimited earning potential!

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend local pop-up events, trade shows, and marketing activations to promote and sell Med-Spa services.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Use consultative sales techniques to match Med-Spa services with client needs and drive conversions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can talk to anyone and build rapport quickly.
• Friendly, energetic, and ready to take initiative.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work weekends when needed for events and shows.
• Experience in sales is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
• Understanding of Med-Spa services or a strong interest in the beauty industry is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently, but also collaborate effectively with the team.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required, as you’ll be traveling to different cities within the OC area.

Compensation:

$5,000+ per month potential based on performance.

Commission-based pay with bonuses for hitting sales targets—average reps earn about $25 per sold spa package (most make 10+ sales per day, but you can sell as much as you want!).
