Medical Receptionist Job Duties and Requirements:

• Serve as the highly visible, professional front-office representative, warmly greeting patients and managing all incoming phone calls and patient inquiries.
• Efficiently handle the entire patient cycle, including scheduling, registration, check-in, and check-out procedures.
• Execute daily financial duties, such as charge entry, payment posting, co-pay collection, and conducting cash reconciliation/balancing.
• Operate various basic office equipment and utilize discretion and good judgment to assist patients, families, and clinic staff with essential administrative tasks.
• Accurately input patient data, process necessary charge/payment information, and maintain system batch integrity and records.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $30.00 Per Hour
