Our client, a conservation-focused nonprofit, is seeking a temporary to permanent Membership Engagement Specialist to support their team in Gaithersburg, MD!

Responsibilities:

• Manage annual billing and process various member transactions.
• Serve as the point of contact for any question or issues regarding membership, dues, and billing.
• Support data analysis and reporting in relation to the membership programs.
• Manage the annual convention's delegate registrations.
• Train and supervise temporary employees or volunteers.
• Provide direct support to the Director and complete additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of membership operations and customer service experience are required.
• An associate's degree is required.
• Proficient iMIS and MS Office with a technical savviness.
• Self-starter with strong detail orientation and fantastic communication skills.
• Personable with a knack for customer satisfaction!

Position Information:

• Pays $23/hr-$26/hr, while temporary, DOE.
• Converts to a salary of up to $60k, when permanent.
• 100% on-site in Gaithersburg, MD.
• Free parking!
