Membership Servicing/Data Entry Representative
Bishop & Company is seeking a Data Entry Temp to assist the Membership Servicing department. Looking for someone with strong computer skills with an ability to multi-task.  The temp will manage employer groups access and automatic payment set-ups. 

• Assist on managing the high volume of employer groups access and automatic payment set-ups in a new financial system.
• Facilitate incoming emails to set up group contacts in the new financial system
• Process automatic payments from forms that are received and scanned by Finance.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• 45+WPM typing speed
• Data Entry experience
• MS Excel & MS Outlook proficiency
• Excellent listening, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations effectively.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Job Type: Full Time ,  Temporary through 2/27/2026 with possible extension
• Pay : $15.00-$17.00/hr
• Location : Honolulu
• Hours : 7:00AM – 4:00PM (Monday-Friday)
