CBIZ is currently hiring for a NetSuite Senior Consultant position to join our NetSuite Consulting group. CBIZ assists high growth companies with complex technical accounting, internal and external reporting, IPO preparation, as well as systems/process and people. Our professionals assist clients with their efforts to meet financial reporting requirements, including the preparation of financial statement and regulatory filings, and the application and implementation of complex accounting standards for U.S. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Our practice combines our knowledge and experience in the areas of financial reporting, risk management, and compliance to help address our clients' most important issues. Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Experienced with requirements gathering and documentation, business processes revamp and optimization, systems configuration, data transformation and migration, change and issues management
• Serve as an experienced solutions architect when it comes to systems functional design, implementation, and business process transformation
• Ability to analyze process and data gaps and develop solutions to bridge the gap between business requirements and systems implementation
• Perform data cleansing and transformation, data mapping, and migration of historical data
• Ability to perform systems selection
• Experienced in one or more of the following NetSuite functionalities and modules, including Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Multibook, SuiteBilling, Inventory Management, Supply/Demand Planning, Warehouse Management (WMS), Manufacturing, Suite Analytics, SuiteProjects, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), etc.
• Experienced with common integration methodologies and best practices related to other systems (i.e. Salesforce, Coupa, Zuora, Bill.com, Concur, Expensify, Stripe, etc.)
• Experienced in one or more of the following industries, including technology, life sciences, manufacturing, CPG, construction, etc.
• Experienced working in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Strong analytical business problem solving and solution design skills
• Experienced in accounting and business operations transformation
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
• Serve as client facing representative of CBIZ
• Oracle NetSuite Administrator and Oracle NetSuite SuiteFoundation certified

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of overall work experience (accounting, business process transformation, etc.)
• 3 - 5 years of general ERP experience (i.e. QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Oracle NetSuite, etc.)
• 3+ years of consulting experience
• 1 - 2 years of financial and technical accounting experience
• Knowledge of systems technical design and architecture
• Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and integrations (i.e. API, REST, SOAP)
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) automation
• Experienced in managing SuiteFlow, SuiteScripts, SuiteBuilder, Suitelet, Portlet, Advanced HTML/PDF Layout, saved searches and custom reporting
• Project management experience
• Oracle NetSuite ERP Consultant certified a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required
• 3 years of experience in related field
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Presentation skills mandatory
• Must possess analytical skills
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
• Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
