About the RoleiDoc Device Repair is looking for a Parts & Purchasing Manager to oversee our parts department and help keep our repair operations running smoothly. This person will manage a small team (12 employees) while also owning purchasing, vendor relationships, and inventory accuracy.This is a great role for someone whos organized, detail-oriented, and ready to step into a leadership position in a growing company.What Youll DoRun day-to-day operations of the parts department (receiving, stocking, distribution).Supervise, train, and support a team of 12 employees.Handle all parts purchasing request quotes, negotiate pricing, issue POs, and track deliveries.Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.Monitor inventory levels, set reorder points, and conduct cycle counts.Partner with repair managers/technicians to ensure parts availability.Track department performance (fill rate, turnaround time, cost savings).Identify and implement process improvements.Follow company policies and safety standards.What Were Looking ForPrior management or supervisory experience (preferred).Experience in purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain.Strong vendor negotiation and relationship skills.Ability to learn and use ERP/inventory systems (training provided).Strong organizational and communication skills.Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experience.Paid time off and holiday pay.Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding company.
