A Healthcare staffing agency that specializes in recruitment of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers for both Locums Tenens and Permanent hire opportunities. With the flexibility to recruit for all high demand medical specialties across all 50 states.

Recruiter responsibilities:

Build relationships with clinicians via phone, email marketing and targeted reaches Meet daily/weekly/monthly KPI's consisting of phone calls, text messages, emails, and generating leads. Perform extensive outreach/cold calls to develop relationships with clinicians Act as a liaison between clinicians and our partners Utilize various internal CRM platforms, MS Office tools and internet resources to identify, track and monitor new business opportunities Utilize databases to track candidates and find clinician contact info Collaborate with support teams to help your candidates move through the recruitment process (licensing, credentialing, certifications, education, references, malpractice evaluation, background verification, and travel arrangements) Manage multiple requisitions and always provide a “white glove” candidate experience

Schedule:

Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm

Location: Margate office

This role is 100% in office - NOT a remote position

Requirements:

Compensation:

$15-18/hour + uncapped commission structure on all placements/hires. Opportunity for raise to $40k base salary after 90 day evaluation.

Commission payout is earned on all placements and ranges from $2500-$4000 per placement/hire.

Earning Potential with Commission:

Year 1 - $50,000+

Year 2 - $100,000+
