Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary advisor to clients on large-scale healthcare and employee benefits initiatives, ensuring solutions meet strategic goals and comply with state and federal requirements. - Design and execute analytical, data-backed strategies to drive stronger financial performance and streamline healthcare operations. - Partner with multi-disciplinary teams to create, roll out, and oversee customized healthcare programs that address client-specific challenges. - Conduct detailed reviews of employer benefit structures and systems, recommending enhancements and aligning practices with industry best standards. - Present evaluations, insights, and actionable strategies to executive-level stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner. - Provide leadership and coaching to junior consultants, cultivating a collaborative environment and advancing team expertise. Skills & Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or closely related disciplines, with a consistent record of leading and delivering complex projects. - Strong familiarity with healthcare products, services, reimbursement models, and regulatory frameworks. - Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets, turning findings into practical strategies and solutions. - Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, capable of engaging and influencing senior-level audiences. - Background in overseeing a large health pool in Georgia and North Carolina. - Demonstrated success in managing teams and nurturing client relationships. - Advanced academic training in healthcare administration, finance, marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous. - Experience with healthcare informatics, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, or population health management tools is preferred. - Professional designations such as Certified Healthcare Consultant (CHC) or similar are considered a plus. tags: employee benefits director, principal employee benefits consultant AbleForce, Inc.
