The Money:
10% per closed deal, upsell bonuses and tons of incentives :
(Avg. package = $3000/mo x 3 month minimum = $9000 total package x 10% = $900 commission
Average team member books 3 deals/week = $2,000- $4,000 weekly
No cap — you decide if this is a part-time side hustle or a full-time takeover

Requirements:
B2B SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
Knowledge of trades, construction, or design industry preferred — so you can talk shop and drop key terms like you’ve been there
Comfortable in a commission-only structure — top performers make more here than most salaried roles you'll find
Self-driven, coachable, and able to handle rejection like a champ, we are mentally stronger
Can follow a proven system without reinventing the wheel
Internet connection, phone, and headset
