About the Role:

Hawque Protection Group (HPG), a trusted leader in unarmed security services, is seeking Unarmed Security Guards Rovers with weekend availability to join our team. If you are unable to commit to weekend shifts, this role may not be a good fit. Flexibility and reliability are critical, and refusal of three shifts may result in removal from the program.. This position offers flexible shifts, great benefits, and commuter assistance for candidates coming from nearby areas like Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and more.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Drivers License
• Clean Background Check

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+years in security, military, or related field preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols to monitor and secure client premises to ensure a safe environment
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
• Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain HPG's high standards

Work Schedule & Shift Expectations

• Shifts: Flexible hours between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM.

• Commitment: Must commit to two days

• Shift Management: Rovers are expected to confirm shifts within 6 hours of receiving

the request.

• Shift Management: Rovers must confirm or decline shifts within 24 hours of the

schedule release.

Skills:

In this role, your skills in security guard operations, attention to detail, radio communication, innovative security technology operation, preventive maintenance, and physical fitness will be utilized on a daily basis. You will use your security guard knowledge to conduct patrols, enforce access control, and respond to alarms and emergencies. Your expertise in problem-solving will help ensure the safety of the premises. Proficiency in radio communication and control room operations will enable strong and effective communication and coordination. Your ability to handle property damage incidents and operate innovative security technologies will contribute to maintaining a secure environment. Additionally, your understanding of preventive maintenance and physical fitness will support the overall security operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 differential for after-hours and weekend shifts.
• Attendance Bonus: Earn a $75 bonus each month with perfect attendance.
