Salary: $17 - $20/hour
Position title: School Receptionist & Extended Day Supervisor
Position Description: The primary responsibility of the school receptionist is to perform various administrative functions in support of school operations. The receptionist will answer the telephones and greet visitors at the front desk. This person will also supervise the extended day employees, and students.
Position Classification: Hourly, M-F: 9:45am - 5:45pm
Reports to: Head of School
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; undergraduate experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic computer skills, and experience with care of children preferred.
Duties and responsibilities:
Welcome, assist and provide a high level of guest services to the school community.
Support needs of the schools offices.
Wages and Benefits:
As determined and set forth in a current employment contract signed by the Head of School.
