This is not a clock-in, clock-out role. It’s a leadership position where strategy meets execution, and where your decisions shape how the agency scales.

 

What You’ll Be Leading (and Owning):

• Architect and oversee complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns for high-growth clients.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track, on brand, and on point.
• Lead internal teams across creative, media, analytics, and strategy—from kickoff to launch.
• Translate high-level vision into detailed execution plans that actually move the needle.
• Anticipate blockers before they arise and remove them before they slow us down.
• Bring operational clarity to creative chaos—without compromising speed or innovation.
• Introduce and champion AI tools, automation, and smart systems that enhance performance and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and team workflows.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or equivalent role in a marketing or advertising agency .
• Mastery of project management tools—especially Asana —and experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Clear, confident communication across teams, clients, and leadership.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Sembly, Fyxer, etc.) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• A calm, strategic approach to ambiguity, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• A mindset focused on results , not optics.

 

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Fluency with marketing platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, or Marketo .
• A startup mentality—you’ve built processes, launched new products, or thrived in ambiguity.
• You’ve automated workflows or implemented time-saving systems that stuck.
