Journeyman is growing quickly, both internally and externally, with a diverse set of operations ranging from full-service restaurants and private events to distilling, brewing, and tours. The Training & Development Coordinator will standardize training efforts and formalize paths to success for our team in order to keep pace with organizational growth and vision.
Basic Function: The Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing effective and well-organized training programs which align with organizational objectives.
