Ultrasound Tech - PRN

Currently we are looking to fill the vital role of Ultrasound Technologist.

Job Summary:

Performs diagnostic sonographic examinations utilizing ultrasonic equipment to locate, evaluate and record critical functional, pathological, and anatomical data.
Coordinates tests, records test results, and prepares and maintains operational logs.
Calibrates and maintains equipment and orders supplies when needed.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.

Qualifications:

A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a chief technologist or manager.
Licenses/Certificates: Current Utah Radiologic Technologist License.
ARDMS Certificate in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound required or eligible , BLS Certificate.
Within one year from date of hire, must obtain ARDMS: RVT (required) and one of the following Abdomen, OB, Breast, MSK
