We are expanding our internal team and looking for a Selling Manager -a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment and combines strong business development skills with operational leadership.

Position Summary:

As a Selling Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales efforts while overseeing the daily operations of our staffing office. You will manage a team of recruiters, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure efficient placement and retention of talent. This hybrid role combines business development, client consultation, recruiting oversight, and team leadership .

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Present Express staffing solutions to key decision-makers across various industries.
• Negotiate pricing and prepare service agreements tailored to client needs.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
• Strategically plan daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to meet territory growth goals.

Team & Operations Management

• Lead, coach, and supervise internal staff to achieve recruiting and placement goals.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle-from job posting to candidate placement.
• Monitor key operational metrics including fill rates, time-to-fill, gross margin, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll, billing, and timesheet processes.
• Maintain compliance with all labor laws and internal policies.

Client & Candidate Experience

• Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop customized staffing solutions.
• Ensure high levels of service delivery to both clients and associates.
• Resolve any issues related to client service, candidate performance, or staffing challenges.

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Salary: $60,000/Annually

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in the staffing industry or related field.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role .
• Proven track record in business development or B2B sales .
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, client service, and workforce compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ATS systems.
• Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
