Responsibilities
Perform the role of researching, writing, editing, implementing, and optimizing content on alfainsurance.com and other supported digital applications.
Work with subject matter experts and legal team members to ensure content accurately describes our products and coverages and designed in a way the user can understand and the search engines can consume.
Research topics and keywords to provide content that drives traffic to our corporate website, contributing to the design of the digital customer experience.
Responsible for ensuring the content provided follows the guidelines for Alfas brand voice/tone while adhering to the defined approval process.
Employ Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to support organic search rankings.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required.
Professional certifications that support the background for this position are highly desirable which include software development, business analysis, digital marketing, and design.
Proven verbal and written skills.
Above average analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated curiosity and a desire to improve and learn new things.
A team player with a positive attitude and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
