The Role:We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. You’ll greet guests, help direct them to the right department, and keep the front desk running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team.
What You’ll Be Doing:Welcoming customers with a warm, professional attitude
Answering and directing incoming phone calls to sales, service, or parts
Scheduling service appointments or taking messages as needed
Keeping the front desk and lobby area neat and presentable
Helping with basic office tasks like data entry, filing, and mail sorting
Working closely with our sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Assisting with dealership events or special promotions from time to time
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (automotive is a plus!)
Clear communication skills and a professional, upbeat personality
Comfortable using phones, computers, and basic office software
Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Dependable and team-oriented
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus, but not required
