Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Psychologist position is available to support K-12 campuses in the West Houston area. This full-time contract role requires an active Texas Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Psychologist (PSYCH) credential. The assignment begins ASAP through June 4, 2026, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week; part-time candidates will not be considered.

Key responsibilities include conducting psychoeducational evaluations, providing behavioral support, consulting with school personnel and families, and contributing to student success in a dynamic school environment. The Psychologist will work onsite and collaborate with educators to address diverse student needs, including students with Autism and behavioral challenges.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Active, valid Texas LSSP or PSYCH license (submission of license screenshot required)
  • Previous school-based experience supporting K-12 students
  • Familiarity with psychoeducational assessment and behavior intervention strategies
  • Strong communication and consultation skills
  • No VOCO candidates accepted at this time

Additional requirements:

  • Reliable transportation and comfortable with the West Houston commute
  • Ability to complete fingerprinting and other district onboarding processes promptly
  • No scheduling conflicts that would interfere with full-time availability
